Pregnancy Skincare

Using cleaner, non-toxic skincare products during pregnancy has a range of benefits for you and your baby, including reducing the odds of preterm birth and protecting your baby’s brain development.

Swapping fragranced products for fragrance-free is a great place to start. How much further you choose to go is up to you. but here you'll find guidance on other ingredients to watch out and a list of safer products I recommend.
