Childbirth Classes

One of the best ways to get ready for labor is to attend a childbirth class, so you know what to expect and how you can make the process a little easier.

You can find local in person classes through your hospital, Lamaze, or the International Childbirth Education Association, which has a directory of certified doulas and childbirth educators. Alternatively, there are many options for online classes, allowing you to watch at your own pace when you have the time.
